ELDER LAW

We recognize and are personally concerned for the individual needs of each our senior clients, including their daily living issues, their families, and caregivers. We confer with our clients in their homes, in the hospital, or in other care facilities, as needed. If desired and appropriate we educate and involve the family members or significant others who are immediately responsible for our clients. We represent, guide, and educate trustees, health care surrogates, and persons serving as power of attorney for their impaired loved one or friend. In this process we are prepared to offer bill paying services and the coordination of assets, home management, and care giving services.

We also make individualized referrals for long term in home or institutional care, Medicare, Medicaid, Social Security, Veteran, and Disability planning needs. In addition, see our Wills, Trusts, and Estate Planning services and our Probate and Trust Administration services.
