TIFFANY M. CERNIGLIO

ATTORNEY

Tiffany M. Cerniglio began her career at our firm in the Summer of 2003 and quickly became the primary paralegal. She has a Bachelor’s of Art degree from the University of South Florida in Psychology. After working several years with two non-profit organizations in Pinellas County, she decided to go back to school. Immediately after receiving her Legal Assisting degree she took the national certification examination through the National Association of Legal Assistants, Inc. Upon passing the examination, Tiffany became a nationally certified paralegal, adhering to the highest standards of the paralegal profession. Tiffany also passed the Florida Certified paralegal examination through the Paralegal Association of Florida, Inc. When the Florida Bar began the Florida Registered Paralegal program, Tiffany became a Florida Registered Paralegal, adding to her credentials. Throughout her paralegal career, Tiffany has attended hundreds of hours of continuing legal education seminars to maintain her certifications.

In January of 2013, while still remaining our firm’s primary paralegal, Tiffany began her law school studies at Western Michigan University-Cooley Law School, in Riverview, Florida. Tiffany graduated law school in August 2015, Cum Laude with a Juris Doctorate Degree, and was accepted into the Florida Bar in April 2016. While at WMU-Cooley Law School, Tiffany served as Secretary of the Christian Legal Society chapter and held an active membership in the legal honor society, Phi Delta Phi. She continues to volunteer as a Girl Scout Troop Leader and has volunteered her time for numerous community service projects with the Girl Scouts over the past few years. She and her husband have three delightful daughters. Tiffany is the exciting link to continuing our firm in St. Petersburg as we enter our second 100 years.
